1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of vocal entertainment services by Sparkee7 Services Ltd, trading as George Anthony Jr (“the Performer”, “we”, “us”). By booking our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed fee is required to secure a date.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.

3. Performance Details

• Performance duration, set times, and repertoire will be agreed upon prior to the event.
• The Performer reserves the right to take reasonable breaks during extended performances.
• Any additional performance time beyond the agreed schedule may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event: deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations made 30–60 days before: 50% of the total fee is payable.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before: 100% of the total fee is payable.

5. Cancellation by the Performer

In the unlikely event the Performer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will:

• Provide as much notice as possible
• Endeavour to arrange a suitable replacement performer
• Refund all payments in full if no replacement can be arranged

6. Venue Requirements

The Client shall ensure:

• A safe and suitable performance area is provided
• Adequate power supply (minimum 13 amp socket) within reasonable distance of the performance area
• Safe and accessible parking for equipment loading/unloading
• Protection from adverse weather for outdoor events

7. Equipment & Sound

Unless otherwise agreed, the Performer will provide a professional PA system suitable for the event size. The Client is responsible for any damage to the Performer’s equipment caused by guests or venue conditions.

8. Travel & Accommodation

• Travel within the London and South East area is included in the standard fee.
• Events outside this area may incur additional travel and/or accommodation costs, agreed in advance.
• International bookings are subject to separate travel arrangements and costs.

9. Photographs & Recordings

The Performer may use photographs, video, or audio recordings from the event for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media), unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

10. Liability

Sparkee7 Services Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the performance or its cancellation.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, severe weather, or transport disruption.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
